Brief Explanation
Saudi companies often resist hiring locals. According to the current stereotypes, they lack commitment, conviction and are often late or absent from work, they are also seen as above blue collar related tasks. Despite all of the local talents shortcomings, there are some companies that believe in the local talent. They have not only succeeded but are even committed to hiring even more Saudi locals. They have tasted great success and attest to it with great conviction, demonstrating their locals in action to prove they are contributing and part of this winning formula.
After viewing these commmercials, companies shouldn't use these stereotypes as barriers to hiring locals. Now that they've seen the local talent in action and witnessed the success of these companies.
