In music, everyone knows the basic notes that build up a song “Do Ré Mi Fa Sol La Si”. Why not use those well-recognized notes, but twist them
(Do Re Mi Fa Soldes La Si) in a way to announce the beginning of the sale promotions (Soldes in French means Sale in English)? To further emphasize on the festive side of this ad, it was shot using an iPhone thus introducing the home video style taping.
The clever use of the usual musical notes, in addition to the innocent expression on the young girl’s face, aim to deliver a memorable campaign that captures the hearts and enters the minds of all viewers. It is a tune you cannot forget.
