Brief Explanation
We had to create a packaging that would be easy to carry and that would protect the glasses at the same time. The packaging also had to reflect which type of wine glasses they contained: red wine, white wine or champagne glasses.
The Brief
Art Glass Emporium sells limited edition wine glasses. They asked us to design a packaging that would reflect the luxury of their products.
How the final design was conceived
Boxes are awkward to carry. They require customers to buy a specific number of glasses at a time. So we created individual bags. This way, our customers could purchase the exact amount of glasses they require. A string allows people to carry the bags easily and outlines the type of glass the bag contains. A clean and simple design reflecting the luxury of Art Glass Emporium’s glasses.
Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
Art Glass Emporium saw an increase in purchases and many customers admitted that the bags are very practical.
