Brief Explanation
After 4 years of minimal corporate communication, and despite great advances in network, customer care, and product innovations and offerings, people's perceptions of du were largely the same as they had been at launch. The challenge was to invite them to have another look at us, with fresh eyes. Hence "just open your heart". Since launch, du has been a company that listens, tries, innovates, and grows with its customers. A company that lets people communicate from the heart. And today, this is as true as ever.
