Brief Explanation
The brochure must was to be different. It had to tell a story, smoothly and emotionally. it had to stay far from being informational and explicit.
The Brief
The project's name, logo and brochure should reflect the ECO GREEN, environmental and planet friendly attributes of these residences located in the middle of a crowded city: Beirut.
How the final design was conceived
By giving the brochure a 'free' and fresh feel rarely used for real estate projects, the objective of selling the Concept and Moods rather than the square meters was achieved. Striking green on the cover to intrigue. Foiled handwritten poems flowing. Mixture of aquarelle sketches and real perspectives.
Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
Le Patio brochure didn't pass unseen and was truly an exceptional way of communicating a real estate project. Without any floor plan in hand, the reader was triggered and wanted to go on site to know more about this new green ecological community. Within few months the project was 80% sold out.
