Results and Effectiveness
The OPERATION yielded a phenomenal response with over 10612 telephone calls ( monitored by client) and led into a a success in sales (58 units out of 134 units in first two weeks)
Creative Execution
An envelop with 10 different postcards as a stick on on the front page of the newspaper with a landscape ad as centrespread with Markings for card to be placed, enabling audiences to keep the postcards and get a feel of the VILLA they could opt for.
This was used for the launch of the project & was advertised only in Newspapers
Insights, Strategy and the Idea
KAEC is a prestigious project which is underway & lies about 60 kms off Jeddah, Emaar has been contracted to develop this project, since the project is far off the creative challenge was to showcase in a single creative the various offerings of of the huge city with differofferings, Esmeralda is a HIGH end offering of different kind of villas
Objective:
Engage the consumer and showcase the different kind of offerings of Esmeralda that will provide an “experience” that will result in excitement and make the consumers get a feel of the actual offering.
Agency had recommended doing an INVITE (envelop stuck on the newspaper) for an exhibition yeilding successful response, similarly the 10 options could be showcased in postcards in an envelope on the front page, with a lanscape centrespread ad
Emaar showcased the varieties & audience would get a feel of the different options
