Write a short summary of what happens in the film

Moroccan from all horizons enter in a Greek agora inspired space, they sit and they are invited to debate about Evcat Himaya, the new compulsory insurance. There a pros and cons, the moderator give all the logical arguments : it is not targeting everyone but just insured home and car owners, it’s only costs 8dhs a month (0,80 euro) but nothing persuades the cons until the moderator ask them to separate into two groups. They argue for a moment, and then: the reveal. If they’re pros, they know what they’re talking about because they have experienced it in the most horrific way. At this moment, the moderator asks them to change their place if the experiment has convinced them. The cons go join the pros on the other side, because they realize this insurance could protect them from having to live these terrible stories.

The expression : Li fatek blila fatek bhila: it is a Moroccan idiomatic expression that means literally someone that is a night older than you, knows a lot much more about life than you. If someone is more experienced than you should be listening to them carefully. Deformation to create our Concept : Li fatek bhadik lila fatek bhila Someone that has lived this specific tragic night should be listened to very carefully when they’re talking about the necessity that is disaster insurance.
