The Brief
After months of design, construction and finishing touches, we finally moved into our new offices. Impressed with our new surroundings, we decided to invite our clients over to launch the new offices in true Japanese style. The brief was simple, to create an invitation for our launch event that reflects who we are.
Creative Execution
Taking a minimalist, simple and elegant Japanese approach we designed an invitation that reflected this and clearly spoke to our clients. The majority of whom, are Japanese. This was to be a consistant approach, that was applied to the concept and which followed through to the final design, even influencing the material we printed on.
Describe the creative solution to the brief/objective.
The majority of our clients are Japanese and are aware that our agencies DNA is also Japanese, so we wanted to create a unique invitation that communicated to them, and also made them aware of the launch event. The Japanese have an humble, elegant, minimalist style and approach to life and this is something we wanted this to be clearly reflected in the invitation. In both concept and design.
Results
The launch event was a success and was attended by the vast majority of our clients.
