FVO: Welcome eveyrone to today’s recipe for the delicious classic chilli con carne. So, step 1 - Chop 1 large onion, 1 red pepper, 2 garlic cloves and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes. Oh, you can start smelling that already, so lovely. Step 2 - Add mince, stock cubes, red beans and chili powder. one of my favourites. Step 3 - Taste, mmm. Step 4 - Add more chilli powder.
