The launch film revolves around Ali, a slob who has his life transformed once he finds the IKEA Catalogue - the ultimate book that holds all the answers. We follow his journey as he becomes a guru of the catalogue, sought out by everyone from shepherds to diplomats, all wanting to know which page number holds the answer to their particular issues. Stressed? Go to page 123. The right bedroom will help you sleep better and wake up more relaxed. Lonely? Page 100. Want to escape from everything? Page 40 will show you how to turn your bathroom into a refuge.

We had to capture the idea of a book that can change lives, that can change the entire world. The biggest directorial challenge in this film was to show it as a global phenomenon but still shoot in one city over two days. We needed a very diverse cast and different styles of architecture to make it happen. All of which we were able to pull off with the help of the production team.
