Flaunting/revealing a scar, although not restricted in Lebanon, is more of a social taboo. Breaking this social prohibition was one of the main objectives of the campaign.

The film is aimed for the general public.
Write a short summary of what happens in the film
The film begins with a young girl looking at the camera, she expresses that she was born 7 years ago. The girl then unbuttons her shirt, a scar is revealed on her chest. We then see a young man unbutton his shirt as well, also revealing his scar, he declares that he was born ten years ago. He is followed by another girl who unbuttons her shirt, revealing yet another scar and declaring her age as 3 year old. One more time, another girl follows the same action, being 2 years old. Finally, the young man expresses that this scar is a birthmark from the day he was born again. The film closes with a note: “Thanks to you, more than 3700 children were born again in 15 years.”. The film closes on Brave Heart Logo along with a message to support the cause along with contact details.
Cultural/Context information for the jury
In Lebanon, scars are considered a social taboo, and as such, are kept hidden and stigmatized because they signify illness and operation.
