The film portrays a full journey, and a documentation of experience, from Salah's deactivating his social media, to him receiving fan gifts (empowered by DHL), to the return of gifts to real fans. The real fans were features, and the filming approach was meant to capture true emotions from both Salah & the fans. The brand role was extremely simple; it enabled the whole human connection.

The film was not a usual edit of a brand commercial or film. The edit had to showcase the real journey of fans. The edit was made in a case documentation format, to portray the full experience journey that DHL would entitle to their customers,
