Brief Explanation

Showcasing the stereotypical Egyptian mother, who boils up to nothing, storming and creating unnecessary and irrelevant arguments with her husband that are not related to the incident that happened even if it’s as simple as forgetting to bring home what she asked for. The film revolves around a ping ponged back and forth argument between a married couple on a simple fact that the husband has forgotten to bring home Teama white cheese his wife asked for. Which leads to her relentlessly picking a fight over things he had and had not done in the past years. Where it boils down to nothing once the Teama white cheese arrives.

Execution

Director chose to portray a typical modest, average extended multi generational home families where they all live in one house. In a typical situation of a mother studying for her kids on the dining table. The scene revolves around the true insight of how mothers usually accumulate and fight over many different unrelated topics once a fight starts and the storm ends and boils down to nothing once she gets what she wants. The director chose to amplify the situation as it really happens in every household and shows that it is the little, important things that brings her to peace in seconds.
