Creative Execution

We created and distributed over 1000 birdhouses in Riyadh, across major residential communities, neighborhoods and business towers of Riyadh. Between September and December 2016, over 40 locations of the capital city saw the Bidaya Birdhouse waiting for its new homeowners. In one week, birds found the new home as an escape from the scorching summer. And the people saw it a genuine reason to believe into Bidaya.

Describe the success of the promotion with both client and consumer including some quantifiable results

Brand awareness doubled. 7,000 home loan enquiries received. A 50% rise in new customers, which paved the way for a 27% market gain. The vision stood for everyone to see.

Explain why the method of promotion was most relevant to the product or service

The home financing market is saturated with hyperbole and overpromises. One can try outshouting to gain attention or speak the truth and let it take its course. Bidaya is a 2-year old home finance provider that wanted people to buy into its promise. It wanted to avoid the mainline mediums and go out there to masses. Stay in the sight without staring into their faces.
