Brief Explanation
Qatar has one of the highest rates of water consumption in the world, with 6 litres per minute going down the drain while shaving, washing hands or brushing teeth. We had to find a way to expose the bad behaviors that come with when spending time in front of the mirror, so we created the Mirror for Good; a mirror that makes your reflection disappear when water wastage is being detected. Through an activation, we placed the Mirror for Good inside a busy bathroom and interrupted people’s routines front and center by making their reflection vanish and replacing it with water wastage facts displayed on the mirror. After being faced with the problem right in front of them, we then provided a solution: “Please close the tap”.
