Brief Explanation
We open on the most iconic building in Dubai - the Burj Khalifa. We hear an opera singer singing away with music. The camera pans down to reveal that it is a pigeon on a rail who is beautifully singing his heart out. The camera then cuts to hoarding showing the Dubai Opera District is being built which promises a neighbourhood of art & music.
