The Campaign

We had the ambition of creating a space that caters to and engages with a younger, more diverse audience who have a myriad of needs and wants. They want to be informed, they wish to be online all the time, but they also want to be a part of the maintenance process. The aim of this new experience is to enhance, enrich and encourage customers by providing a more trusted automobile consultation with added value. 360 is a new brand for Egypt that leads the shift from a product-led auto parts and repair shop to a lifestyle-led brand that enhances the whole car servicing experience.

Creative Execution

A modern and compelling approach was used to create a strong and unique design for 360's flagship. Each touch point was designed to embrace and project life-enriching services. Every element of the store, from the workshop and the retail space to the discovery bar and the lounge area, celebrates the vibrancy of life on the road and provides the inspiration and tools to explore. In order to build trust through every touch point, each choice of material reflects the warm, professional and invigorating personality of the brand.

Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

360 did not wish to provide any data, but the social engagement around the brand is garnering interest and engagement amongst young, social media-savvy professionals.

We found that most drivers found a trip to the garage a daunting experience. Simplicity, transparency and accessibility were key to addressing those concerns. Instead of a typical auto repair shop, our positioning strategy involved shifting the norm of traditional repair shops in Egypt and providing a more trusted consultation. Our positioning strategy was to create a new type of destination with the aim of boosting engagement and adding value to auto repair experience. It’s a service that invigorates life as a driver and gives you renewed confidence to travel.
