The Campaign

Staying true to the practice of using characters, these ads are a metaphorical expression of how a Snickers bar can prevent you from falling into any of the hunger traps.

Creative Execution

The illustrations were created using dual tone colours from the brand palette. The Snickers bar forms a bridge over a hole shaped like a character representing a hunger trait. The detailed shading and texture allows the stalactites and stalagmites, to give shape definition to the character in negative space.

Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

Snickers registered an immediate rise in sales, and clocked a marked increase in website traffic.

By showing Snickers as the bridge that saves you from the pitfalls of hunger, we reinforced the creative platform of the brand that has been the talking point for over seven successful years, while staying fresh in terms of execution and insight.
