The Campaign

The idea of the logo is to represent the bobblebagg in situ, showing a cross-section of the bobblebagg, which is partly below the waterline and partly above the waterline. The logo visually represents your relaxed state-of-mind whilst stylishly floating on the bobblebagg on top of the water.

Creative Execution

The cross-section of the bobblebagg, which is partly below the waterline and partly above the waterline, is shown using colours representative of the water and sky, in shades representing serenity and calmness. Ergonomically, the font has the same bulbous symmetrical feel of the product line. Product tags were designed to brand the product. Two colour versions were produced in order to stand out against the colour of the bobblebagg fabric used. The tags were embroidered and made in the UAE. The website and email address were included on the back of the tags so that the product can self-promote itself and promote sales.

Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

Since the launch on 18 February 2017, various hotels, beach clubs and private customers have shown a keen interest in the range of bobblebagg products. Although early days of the launch to market of bobblebagg, a unique name and visual brand identity has ensured that it is recognisable as a distinctive product with a defined personality. A defined, elegant and considered brand marque gives buyers the comfort that they are purchasing a reliably produced product.

The brand strategy focused on defining a unique name to ensure that bobblebagg was recognisable as a distinctive product with a defined personality. Its character is stylish yet fun, relaxed yet dependable. As a leisure consumer product, bobblebagg is targeted at all consumers that are interested in its novelty, confident in its functionality and attracted by its personality.
