Brief Explanation

The construction industry is intensely competitive in Dubai with companies of all standards vying for attention – it can be hard to be heard in a city overladen with superlatives. We had to present DCC’s capabilities in a way that mirrored the refined nature of their product and stood apart from the city’s real estate noise.

The Brief

Dubai Contracting Company required a capabilities brochure as part of a rebranding exercise. This had to showcase their services and the landmark properties they have constructed.

How the final design was conceived

We positioned DCC to share the same sense of refinement and caliber as the buildings it delivers. Our design for their capability brochure perfectly illustrates their detail oriented approach and obsessive focus on quality. We let the fine lines and a strong central focal point of our photography underline a powerful presentation of architectural precision. The architecture is deliberately shown unpopulated, allowing the character of the spaces to speak uninterrupted. The visual presentation of the narrative plays a gently assertive supporting role to the drama of the architectural portraits

Established in 1962, DCC is today a leading middle-eastern construction company headquartered in Dubai, specialising in building residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings and hospitality and leisure complexes. The collective portfolio of DCC projects has grown rapidly in the past few years and includes some of the finest landmarks in the Gulf region.
