This home loan campaign created 2000 enquiries, approx. This was the first time ever Doha Bank got such dramatical response post advertising in a span of 3 weeks. The outdoor/ press releases proved to be a major turn around for the bank and is among the most well received creative in the audience. The campaign positioned Doha Bank to be the most competitive, consumer oriented bank in Qatar.

The campaign was created to encourage consumers, invest in properties. The bank offered lowest interest rates on home loans. The campaign features an illusion of villa inside 3.99 percent. The visual speaks for itself and imbibes a craving to own a dream house which is now within their reach.

The largest audience was local Qataris including the expatriates living in Qatar. The insight was to be in the face, hard sell the "offer rate" at which audience would relish their dream of owning a dream house. Relevance is through the kind of offer that is huge on discount for the audience and the client as well.
