Brief Explanation

The Coca-Cola Foundation wanted to create a CSR campaign to encourage social consciousness. We created Ripples of Happiness, a competition across 10 Universities in the Middle East where 200 students solved community problems. They were empowered by an iPad app connected to a Microsite and Facebook. They streamed live videos, photos and experiences on social media to gather votes from students, friends and the community and win the competition to receive aid from The Coca-Cola Company. The initiative was shared on hundreds of blogs and websites, mainstream press, TV and from an initial 200 students, it engaged over 120,000.
