Gaviscon provide fast and effective relief for heart burn and indigestion. It even starts working almost immediately and doesn't enter the blood stream making it very safe. The insight is that when a person experiences heartburn and/or indigestion they are somehow disconnected from their social surroundings. In the Ramadan of 2012 we capitalized on this insight in a clever and creative way or music to illustrate the product benefit at a time most important to the consumer which is during Ramadan they gather around family and friends everyday and they also eat a lot of heavy foods that bring on heartburn and indigestion even if the consumer didn't have this problem before.
