Brief Explanation

Amid the Lebanese and regional disturbances in 2012, we took the initiative to create a campaign to spread positiveness. We felt the need to welcome the new year with a new start and a new attitude. We created the idea of 'smiLebanon', where the smile and Lebanon are integrated in one planet; a  small planet whose sole energy is coming from the innocent smile of a child. We presented it to the Ministry of Tourism and they directly adopted the concept as a campaign for the nation. It was a way to show the positive image of Lebanon especially during the festive season reaching out to Lebanese living in Lebanon and overseas. The 'smiLebanon' campaign served as a national "Season's Greetings" message, as a link shared between all Lebanese. It was also shown heavily on every national television and created a huge buzz on social media and YouTube with a high number of views and likes. 'SmiLebanon' generated positive feedback throughout the nation, successfully spreading positivity and showing the power of a simple smile.
