Bollywood cinema has a loyal fan-base of Kuwaitis that dates back to the 1970's. There is a Kuwaiti phrase called "film-hindi" or " Indian Film". This is a phrase that is synonymous with exaggeration. If someone exaggerates when telling you a story, you say "what is this? an Indian Film?".
The ad is a recreation of a "lost Indian Film" where our hero, a Rajni Kant look-a-like, tries to save his suicidal lover. He sings her a love song, sung in a broken Arabic dialect used by local Indian expats in Kuwait, but she jumps off the roof anyway. Seeing this, in true exaggerated Bollywood fashion, he rushes down the stairs of the building they're in faster than the speed of light, arriving to the bottom before her, and saving her from hitting the ground. She is grateful and they walk off together, reunited. The ad ends with the line "This isn't an Indian Film, this is the speed of Qualitynet".
