Brief Explanation
This is a Teaser Campaign of 3 ads that only make sense together.
Ice cream street vendors in Kuwait are made up of a group of expats (from Egypt, Syria, etc) who ride their bicycle-powered freezers yelling out "Barreeed!" (Ice Cream!). Anyone who grew up in Kuwait has encountered them at some point.
Ad #1) We uncover an underground council of Barreed street vendors meeting to discuss the threat of Red Mango which has taken all their customers.
Ad #2) The Council heads towards Red Mango to sample the competition, only to realise just how good the product really is.
Ad #3) The Council, now defeated, have decided to practice yelling out "Red Mango!" at a music school, having given up on being regular Barreed vendors.
