To create a unique piece of art for a unique piece of architecture.

The Brief

Communicate phase II of Muscat Hills Residential project surrounding a 16 holes golf course to a target audience of high net-worth individuals while reflecting its Arabesque architectural style and quality of finishing.

How the final design was conceived

Produce a tangible communication collateral enclosed in a matching box that mirrors the uniqueness of the project, through the use of assignment photography, custom calligraphy, use of rich materials, finishes and printing techniques.

Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

40% of all properties were sold within three weeks.
