The Brief

- Increase leasing opportunities in both Shorooq and Ghoroob (Mirdif) - Stand out from the competitors - Keep up-to-date with technology - To create an interactive platform where consumers can see the apartment without the inconvenience of travelling - To provide a platform that allows for revisits without having to arrange another appointment with the leasing consultant

Describe how the promotion developed from concept to implementation

DPG had briefed the agency on the opportunities available for lease in Shorooq and Ghoroob. theAdkitchen came up with the idea to have a virtual tour of the apartments and created a sample virtual tour to sell the idea. Once the concept was approved, our internal photographer shot the 360 images of the actual properties, stitched them together to create the virtual effect. From there we worked alongside DoubleClick in order to have it on the local websites.

Describe the success of the promotion with both client and consumer including some quantifiable results

The ROI was proved in the fact that the call centre had record calls and DPG website also recorded increased online traffic.

Explain why the method of promotion was most relevant to the product or service

The idea of the method was to view the Shorooq and Ghoroob properties without needing to visit it in person. I would help the lessee make a quick decision to lease the apartment therefore increasing demand.
