Find innovative ways of showcasing DPG properties and improve the quality of rental enquiries. When people view properties in the flesh, their mind is often made up straightaway – it’s the key decision-maker. We allowed people to walk through the door of a property virtually, using their PC. A regional first was created by developing 360-degree virtual tours of DPG properties integrated into MPU formats. Our MPU was 5 times more effective in generating click-throughs than standard DPG banners, providing a 38% reduction in the cost of home-page landings. Finally, conversion rates from ad impressions to leads increased by 250%.
