Brief Explanation

The site aims to make Dubai Bank the market leader in terms of the integration of the digital channel into the overall service, acquisition & marketing mix. The first phase now live includes new CMS integration, online application forms, multiple contact options (including livechat) and bold new designs for the public and secure sites. A fundamental requirement was that the site worked well on tablet devices and was as accessible as possible; no functionality relies on anything but standard browser technology (JavaScript, HTML 5 etc). Future releases will include: mobile site, merged Online Banking & deeper integration with business processes.
