Brief Explanation

Dedicated to fashion, music and art, 6:05®’s stationary design needed to stay true to its concept focused on experience and engagement. Every item needed to ‘reveal’ a new and different aspect of the constantly renewed 6:05 experience.

The Brief

‘6:05® at depechemode’ is a multi-offering experiential space dedicated to fashion, music, culture and art. The space comes to life every day at 6:05 sharp, through daily events during happy hours. We needed to create the stationary design for the space, that customers would be exposed to, and that would be used by the client for business purposes as a first introduction to 6:05® during correspondence with international brands.

How the final design was conceived

In-line with 6:05®’s concept, this experiential space’s stationary was inspired by the highly emotional states of being that people experience during the very ‘happy’ hour that is 6:05. After experimenting with textures, printing methods and various ‘surreal’ and experiential messages, 6:05’s literature becomes a communication tool, always surprising the audience, keeping them somewhat intrigued by this new concept, and constantly hinting to the ever-changing experience of the space.

Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

On the Consumer’s end, 6:05®’s stationary and literature design acted as a successful communication tool, with people adopting and sharing the messages online with each other. Thus creating much intrigue towards 6:05®, that translated into higher sales rates and product stocks depleting faster than anticipated. On the Business perspective: As a first introduction to 6:05® during meetings at high-profile fashion and design exhibitions in Europe, the stationary and literature successfully transformed 6:05® into a ‘hit’ concept that international brands wanted to be associated with. Our client managed to substantially expand their portfolio of brands.
