Brief Explanation

We were getting frustrated, by the hope the CV brings, and the disappointment that sets during the interviews. In our quest to find creativity from all walks of life we devised a recruiting mechanism that we applied in all. Job fairs. We set a camera in a booth and gave people one minute to pitch themselves to the agency upload it on our Microsite and compete with their peers for a placement in JWT for 3 months. The competition is also open to anyone who wants to join the competition. There are currently120 videos uploaded competition is just picking up cause we only just launched the site.
