Describe the creative solution to the brief/objective.
In a stylish black box, the Welcome Pack came as a set of thoughtful little touches that made the recipient feel at home. On opening, they found vouchers for dining and for the services of an interior stylist to help style their new home. A mall directory helped them get around. As a welcome gift, they received a Prada key ring and a year's subscription to ID & Jumana, two of Dubai's best magazines. The Welcome Pack made every resident feel pampered, and gave them an idea of the level of luxury they could expect from BurJuman.
Results
The Welcome Packs were received very well. Within a month all the dining vouchers had been utilized, and all the appointments with the stylist had been booked. Some residents even called to say that this was definitely the most stylish welcome they had ever received.
