Describe the creative solution to the brief/objective.

A direct mailer that uses a scare tactic to dramatise and alert patients on the risks of heart disease associated with hypertension and dyslipidemia. The mailer starts by establishing the two diseases as 'Silent killers' and goes on detailing one of their latest crimes, educating readers along the way on risk factors and preventive measures.

Results

71% of recipients recalled the educational content of the mailer 26% acted immediately by visiting their doctor 49% requested more info (confirming the perceived value of the content provided)
